Today I'm going to show you knf's super easy nira chijimi recipe.

Chijimi is a Korean dish that's popular in Japan. It's called chijimi in Japan, and in Korean it has several different names such as buchimgae.

Nira chijimi in Korean is buchujeon.

Nira has many different names in English such as Chinese chives or garlic chives. The first time I had nira was in Japan, so I call it nira.

Put one cup of flour into a bowl, add one cup of water and mix.
Add 1/4 of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and half a bunch of nira.
Heat up some sesame oil in a frying pan.
Add half of the mixture and cook it on medium heat for about 4 minutes on both sides.
Chuck it on a pizza stone and cut it up with a pizza cutter.
You can make some sauce to eat it with, or just have with soy sauce.
Easy as.
