I cut the block in half and then into slices.
I put the tempeh I'm not using into a container and back into the fridge
I put some oil into a frying pan and turn the element on.
Then I put the tempeh slices in the frying pan.
I add a bit of soy sauce, turn the heat down and put the lid on for a few minutes.
After about 5 minutes, I turn the tempeh slices over.
I cook them for for a few more minutes, then take the lid off and check to see if they're ready.
Finally I transfer the slices to some small plates and enjoy eating delicious tempeh.
